With candidates and officials from Polk County and beyond, John Lindsey joined the masses in the rain, shaking hands, meeting people and asking for petition signatures. Lindsey has run his campaign as "not a career politician, but a career Floridian". Marco Rubio, and Gary Newberry were also in attendance.
